Painted faces lit up Woodland Park this past weekend … but for the hundreds of children and parents attending WACAP Kids Day, no smiles needed to be painted on.
This year, over 56 volunteers joined WACAP staff for the Kids Day picnic, donating 243 hours of time to make this event such a success. We’re also grateful to Renton Subway, Apples Crunch Pack, and Pop! Gourmet Popcorn for their flavorful lunch contributions.
Special thanks to our event sponsors, Sun Travel and Wizards of the Coast, who helped WACAP create this afternoon of fun and laughter for adopted children and their parents.
