Give BIG TODAY to Help Chinese Children!

Today is the day the Seattle Foundation will stretch your gift through the Give BIG challenge!

Make a donation to WACAP through the Seattle Foundation’s Online Giving Center between 12:01 a.m. and midnight (P.D.T.) TODAY, and the Seattle Foundation and partner businesses will match a share of your gift!  In addition, you could be chosen at random to win a “Golden Ticket” to have WACAP receive an additional $1,000 from Give BIG’s sponsors.

The Difference We Can Make

WACAP staff visited an institution in China and saw many children born with special needs such as cerebral palsy. These children – each one in need of a family – also need specialized furniture and medical equipment to accommodate their daily needs and promote their ongoing development.

With your help, we can provide the equipment that they so desperately need today.

Children in Chinese Orphanage

–  $100 can purchase a ladder-back chair

–  $500 can purchase a training kit for caregivers to better support children with cerebral palsy

Donate today by clicking the above link.  Your gift will truly change a child’s life.

Thank you for giving BIG to WACAP!
